Want the latest news on what’s happening through IMB Students? Check out these exciting updates!
- Hands On:
- Since inception we have deployed over 1200 Hands On missionaries.
- IMB deploys about 250 Hands On students annually
- We are currently receiving field requests and applications from students for fall 2015.
- Some specific needs are:
- Students who can serve as teachers
- Students with ASL skills (either deaf or hearing). They will be screened for ASL fluency by IMB personnel.
- Face2Face:
- Great projects still available in South and East Asia!
- We encourage every campus minister and church collegiate leader to participate in an international project, overseas orientation, or an IWC project once every couple of years.
- One Life:
- The One Brothel project has a goal of raising $20,000 to launch the storefront bakery to employ formerly exploited girls. Last week Georgia students gave more than $5000. A lady in OK gave $2000, so we are almost halfway to the goal. Campuses or individual students may give through www.onelifematters.org or by contacting Angela Sanford at [email protected]
- Endeavor:
- Endeavor is the new name for Fusion Impact, the five week option for high school students (ages 15-18). They have one week of training/orientation in NYC and then a month on the field. They have a young adult leader traveling with each team of 4 high school students.
- IWC:
- 20 projects available for students and student groups next summer.
- A specific project to consider is June 12-22 in San Rafael, Mexico. Sports evangelism, block parties and construction. Cost is $950 + airfare.
- Another great collegiate project is July 2-13 in Southeast Asia (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia). Two campus groups from SC are already signed up.
- NEW – We have an urgent request for 50 students to serve for 10 days in mid to late June in China. The dates are flexible! They will do 3-4 English Camps. Share testimonies and biblical truth through culture classes and relationships. This is a network opportunity, which means a campus, convention or church can pick up part of this request (10-15 positions). This is a great short-term summer option! Cost is $610 + airfare. This same project should be available in 2016, if you want to plan for that.

- Campus Connect:
- Please send your videos, photos and stories of how you are doing Campus Connect, the practical on-campus emphasis related to One Life, to Angela Sanford at [email protected]
- Several of the campuses we have heard from have reported students giving over $600 to support a One Life project!
