Myrtle Beach Summer Missions

Students will serve in day camps, night camps, beach ministry, senior living communities, international café, entertainment complexes sculpting balloons, and face painting with the goal of sharing God’s love and the Gospel.

- Must have completed 1 year of college
- Must be in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ
Additional Details
The first week on the field will be training and orientation of their student’s summer ministry. They will be involved in hands-on ministry, included in team-building exercises, and go through policies and procedures that all guest church groups have already been instructed on.
We are committed to providing a $2K stipend to each student. IMPACT desires to hire 4 females and 2 males (or vice-versa) for a total of 6 summer missionaries.
Spiritual Development
Students will be provided daily devotional material. Each week the summer staff will walk through a chapter or two of the book “Transformational Discipleship” in addition to taking the former ‘Transformational Discipleship Assessment’ both before their summer ministry and after their summer ministry so they can evaluate their eight attributes of transformational discipleship.
Housing
Students will live in the retreat center. The ministry provides all means except for Saturday which is the student’s day off. Students are encouraged to bring their car if possible as all missionaries need reliable transportation.
